Booking & Payment:
- To make a booking, you must be over 18 years old and have the authority to enter into a contract
- Bookings can be made online, by telephone or in person
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, unless arrival date is 28 days or less, whereby full payment is required
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- We accept most major credit and debit cards
Arrival & Departure:
Holiday Accommodation
- Check-in is from 4pm on your arrival day
- Check-out is by 10am on your departure day
- Late check-outs may be possible subject to availability and additional charges
- Early check-ins cannot be guaranteed
- Touring & Camping
- Check-in is from 12 noon on your arrival day
- Check-out is by 11am on your departure day
Holiday Accommodation:
- Accommodation is limited to the number of guests specified in your booking
- You agree to treat the accommodation with respect and leave it in a clean and tidy condition
- Smoking is not permitted in any accommodation
- Pets are only permitted in our designated pet-friendly accommodation
Changes & Cancellations:
Booking changes can be made subject to availability and additional charges
Cancellation fees apply based on the time of cancellation before your arrival date:
- More than 28 days: full refund minus 30% non-refundable deposit
28 days or less: no refund - No refunds will be offered for late arrivals/early departures/inclement weather or in the event of force majeure
Conduct & Behaviour:
- We expect all guests to behave in a respectful and considerate manner towards other guests, staff & property
- Unreasonable noise, disruptive behaviour or damage to property will not be tolerated and may result in holiday termination without refund
- We operate a quiet time between 11pm and 8am
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must be cleaned up after
- Dogs must not be left unattended at any time
- Please observe the 10mph speed limit at all times
- BBQ’s are permitted HOWEVER these must NOT be placed directly on the grass. If you are unsure please ask a member of our team.
Liability:
- We accept no liability for any loss, damage or injury incurred during your stay with us unless directly caused by our negligence
- We recommend all guests purchase appropriate travel insurance
- We have a private water supply so it is advisable to boil the water before consumption
Website & Social Media:
- Any content (reviews, comments, photographs) submitted to our social media platforms must be respectful and comply with these T&C’s
- We reserve the right to remove any content that we deem inappropriate or offensive
