The Holiday accommodation is available all year round, for a full 12 months. We have a range of stunning holiday accommodation available, from luxurious lodges, stunning static caravans and cosy chalets for hire. Burrowhead Holiday Village also has a selection of caravans and lodges for sale for those who would like to buy a holiday home in Scotland. Please note we have a private water supply and as a precaution we advise you to boil our water before consumption.
The touring areas are open year round, for a full 12 months. There are 90 touring pitches available for guests with tents, motorhomes and touring caravans. You can also rent seasonal pitches at Burrowhead Holiday Village, if you would like to leave your touring caravan on its pitch and return for lots of breaks throughout the year.

Tents/Tourers/Motorhomes
There are two main areas for tents/tourers/motorhomes which are open year round, for a full 12 months with electric hook up and water points. The pitches are mostly grass and with the cliff top location, remain mainly dry throughout the whole season. Area A is near the toilet/shower facilities and laundrette. The shower and toilet facilities have recently been refurbished in 2022. This area is great for people with limited mobility and families as is situated near to the children’s playground. Area B sits on the sea front overlooking the Isle of Man. The views here are simply stunning and it makes the perfect backdrop for individuals who want the view and are happy with the longer walk of around 100m to the toilet and shower facilities. There is ample space for larger pitches if required. There are also pitches without electric hook ups available in areas of the park which offer a more secluded stay. Specific areas can be requested on booking and will be accommodated wherever possible. Please note we have a private water supply and as a precaution we advise you to boil our water before consumption.

Our 12 month seasonal touring pitches give you the option of visiting Burrowhead Holiday Village time and time again. There are many reasons to become a seasonal pitch occupier, no more towing, lower fuel costs, come and go as often as you like year round. Just get in your car and start to enjoy your stay the moment you arrive.
